Return & Exchange Policy

At TWOXXII, each product is created and fulfilled with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right.

To request a replacement:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Include your order number
    • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, a refund may be issued if a replacement is not available.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in the condition they were received
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
