Shipping Policy (Book)

Thank you for shopping with TWOXXII. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates 
We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $5.69
• Ground Shipping:  $13.74

• Express Shipping: $35.74

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. 

Please Note:

• Packages shipped with Standard Shipping will be delivered by your local postal service.
• Packages shipped with Ground & Express Shipping will be delivered by your local Fedex. 
• When you purchase more than one book, in the same order, the shipping cost will increase. 
  • For Example: If I purchase one book and want Standard Shipping, my shipping rate will be $5.69, but if I purchase two books and want Standard Shipping, my shipping rate will be $6.94.

Delivery Time Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 12-14 business days after purchase

• Ground Shipping: Typically arrives within 10-12 business days after purchase

• Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 6-8 business days after purchase

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The Express Shipping delivery method ONLY delivers Monday - Friday.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Digital Download Shipping
No physical product is sent.The Digital Download is available to download immediately after purchase. 

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. TWOXXII is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

P.O. Box Address

U.S. P.O. Boxes: For orders in the United States shipping to a P.O. Box, please use US Postal Service shipping (Standard).

• • Please note that Ground and Express shipping cannot be used because FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
